Not that you really need a recipe for this, as there are hundreds out there, and it is so simple. But here is the way I cook it, in the oven, as opposed to in a frying pan. I find that it gives it a fluffier texture and makes it not oily.
- 1 cauliflower, chopped into florets
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 160 C fan.
- To chop the cauliflower, place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse into rice sized pieces. Alternatively, chop it by hand, or you can grate it.
- Place the cauliflower into a baking dish or roasting tin, and season it with salt. Place in the oven for about 15 – 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is softened, stirring it every 5 minutes.
