Low Carb Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium avocado (about 140g)
  • 220ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 80g frozen raspberries
  • 3-4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp green leaf stevia powder
  • Small pinch of sea salt


  1. Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whatever you fancy!
